Walking on the beach in New Zealand, I came upon this HUGE driftwood heart.
This next image shows you how I found it:

Thats an amazing photo. It is so pristine that at first I thought it was fake. What a great capture of nature.

What beautiful photography... I love your photographs. Do you mind if I ask what kind of camera you use? I enjoy photography as a hobby and am missing my old manual 35mm vs my digital. Recently Nikon came out with a great new line of digital cameras (D series) which are pricey but have some fab options.

Hello everyone, so wonderful that you visited! I agree nature is amazing and beautiful which is my inspiration for photography.

Lisa, for this picture I used a film point and shoot camera. The quality of the image is not very good, but the subject is wonderful. I sense this is the more important thing, that we find something amazing in our subject and feel something deep about shooting it! Then somehow the beauty will come across.

Still mostly today I use a Nikon D40x with a couple different lens.Hope you figure out the camera and have a wonderful time shooting!
