Light is Not Shy

light is not shy
it's for our eyes
and
fills our sky
takes delight
as it offers glimpses of
our miniature and vast world

to sit with light
as though your intimate lover
to open and blend
a joyful friend
is to enter a timeless realm

light offers our world
in a mix of colors
texture and even shade
taken to heart
bodies and spirits are fed

beauty in the form of light and dew
is visiting today
~

dewdrops on tiny moss

  39. Dear Tammie, Lovely words! Your photography takes us into that realm you speak of . . . tiny and magical and the light is dancing as you say in your next post. Beautiful. The teeny points reaching up towards the light and drops of water in such a miniscule niche . . . that so often we overlook is amazing. One could get lost there for a long time.

Light..... What beauty it brings to our lives in so many forms. I find myself caught in awe so often when light is reflecting off some surface. It has a mesmerizing quality to it.

Look at the pure beauty, brilliance and energy it brings to this moss. And it fills your words with love and joy.
