wild beauty beckons to our deep perceptions
our contemplative mind
our adventurous soul

  7. Magnificent Tammie!
Last week I was in the PNW and saw absolute beauty in the Cascades, along the Wenatchee river. The sun wasn't shining though, and I can only imagine how it would have enhanced the sheer beauty...

  13. Fear to admit, how much the water picture moved me. What a joy it must have been to touch its movement, cold as it probably has been, the freedom to breath the first picture ... thank you very much.
    Please have a good Wednesday.

  18. Beautiful - so interesting, also, how your water photos look so different from the ones I posted on my previous post - I think because of the kind of stones underneath. Your photos have rosy hues and mine, green and whitish. Fascinating! (well, its probably rather usual, but I'm astonished by all kinds of simple things!)

  51. TL - I have come back to this post because it has challenged my mind about doing a few water shots - you always seem to get such clarity and depth in your shots - as though the water is there but not. I hope to share a few shots from Groote Eylandt in the near future. Go well. B
