Rising from Your Heart of Hearts

rising from your heart of hearts
lives a song
that is all yours
trust the wisdom of it's gait
let it's melody permeate
find that it does decorate
in multitudes of gesture

rising from your heart of hearts
your quintessential song
~

Both of these wild flowers are wonderfully unique from one another.
I love their awesome details, wild and fringy is one and the other, well look at those colorful spots:

Oh I was glad to be here again! Lovely flowers with awesome details! And something special because they are wild! :)

And the big horn sheep- so gorgeous pictures! They are quite qute, I think! Do you think they could attack if you wouldn't back off?
The last picture.. it's like I can see some snow?? Or is it something else I cannot figure out..

Peace & love,
Viola! :)

Oh my, an entire grove of spotted saxifrage. I discovered their minute beauty this summer after stopping to look at the plain little white flowers next to the trail. My macro lens showed me the incredible beauty of each one with the delicate yellow and pink spots on each petal. I never found a patch as dense as yours this summer! Maybe next year...

I also found the fringed flower when I was on a trip. I have a photo of it but never posted it because I didn't know what it was (now I know!). It, too, is beautiful.

They are indeed enchanting, Tammie. I think sometimes wild flowers embody such strength and beauty that you don't see in other flowers.

Every time I see your gorgeous wildflower closeups, I think of Georgia O'keefe's reply to someone who ask her why she painted flowers. "Nobody sees a flower, not really...they are so small. But when I paint them big, people begin to understand..."(paraphrased!)

Thanks for an enjoyable peek, once again!
