Meeting Places

edges
horizons
shorelines
of life
sometimes it is the places
places between here and there
earth and air
water and earth
tree and land
cloud and sky
you and me
where we meet
a place of spirit and movement
stillness and contrast
color and texture
light and shadow
to be present in these meeting places
is to hold hands with the holy

  5. Yes to all you have written, Tammie! Your photos show the vastness so beautifully. I see there is still snow on the peaks - on mine, too. It seems a gift as the weather warms to look up and be reminded of the season just past.

  6. How wonderful, a dusting of snow, green melt-water and trees thinking about coming into leaf . . . a promise of summer days to come.

  15. How much I love your pictures. The scenery is so wonderful! Yes I agree with you, the movie Dark shadow was not the best Tim Burton movie. It was so predictable. Johnny reminded of Willy Wonka and Helena of The red queen.
