Good Company

allow time for silence
listen to spacious
emptiness
as though listening to
a good friend
let its story envelope you
rest in this good company

  7. All noise from that which we lock ourselves into is embedded in Silence. As you say, shift your attention towards the silence and spaciousness of the Moment and noise will fade into the background and will wither away into obscurity.

  18. Wow, these two are really nice. And they grow on you with repeated views.
    The sunrise is like a dream, a remembrance of the past when all was warm and well. The clouds also remind me of enormous amorphous whales, lumbering slowly across the sky.
    The Mission Mountains piece strikes me as a kind of Magritte in photo form, only less obvious.

    I love the subtleness of them both; it in fact makes them much more powerful than if they were more flashy.
    Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!
