Lake McDonald, Picture Perfect

Autumn's dance has just begun
days are warm
delicious

nights are crisp
clear

a wonderful time
to relax and mingle
with nature
and loved ones near
~

yesterday my dear friend Abigail had her birthday
we dined, roamed and enjoyed this lake,
her banks
and treasures galore that we found as we strolled along.
a glorious way to celebrate life!

Happy Birthday Abigail!!

~

Wonderful Equinox to one and all!

  2. When we see with new eyes and from new angles, we give birth not only to excitement, but to a type of awareness that is spirited beyond comparison.

As each breath is drawn, may we each leap enthusiastically into the scenic world of our own personal making.

    Happy Birthday Always.

  26. As always your words and photography cause my spirit to gasp in wonder.

I thought you'd like to know this morning my darling Sissy was rushed into emergency. Clytie is in the hospital with a heart blockage. They'll do an angiogram tomorrow to find out where the blockage is, then they'll put a stint in. Please pray for her complete recovery. She is such a beloved Friend and Sister. The world would be a sad place without her.

Happy birthday passed and a wish for many more of like splendour for Abigail.
This is my kind of country, to sit in the mountains by a clear, still lake and just drink in the glory of this earth, the tranquility of the surroundings and a forest at your back . . . life is good, even if I can only do it virtually, I thank you for the wonder of this moment.
