Sadness lingers
infusing my world
in shades of gray

fog settles in meadows
same as my mind

hilltops rise to a
clear sky
yet my heart
rests in tender
memories

    I always find it fascinating how pictures of snow turn out grey, I understand why, the whole light meter thing, but it looks really interesting like this. Like we filter out the sunshine to make grey and find balance. I think you definitely need a cashmere blanket!
