Autumn has a signature
within its' light and colors
dancing clouds
move through the land
setting sun
paints zenful lines
forest mushrooms
intertwine
lake shore captures fallen leaves
bear tracks
as fresh as the air i breathe
~

*
have the bears tucked themselves in
to a cave
or a tree
I think it is still too warm here
to hibernate
~
may you walk in beauty

You had me peacefully spellbound, until the bear. Wow, that's close.
ReplyDeleteYou must have a strong heart, for how can you overcome the palpitations and flutters at these magnificent and gorgeous sights. Even the fairies' bonnets have a special glow. Keep warm. Tsup!

Forgot: Are you sure those are bear tracks? Not the yeti? :) Heheheh!
ReplyDeleteBare it All to expose the perfect print... a true sign of a golden moment.
ReplyDeleteBear in mind that all grizzly encounters are shuttering captures of mushrooming fears that require decomposition.
What amazing captures of colour and shapes. Those rocks are nature's jewels. In-between the layers of clouds is a sprinkling of powdery snow and the sun uses the grasses to paint "zenful lines". Leggy mushrooms leave their bed of moss to scan the horizon and the lake shore captures fallen leaves like golden coins! Even the bear has left footprint designs in the earth to add to the beauty of it all!
ReplyDeleteA wonderful series, Tammie Lee
You captured that signature so nicely!
ReplyDeleteA beautiful post Tammie, and bear tracks too. Who could ask for more? Me. I am looking forward to your next seasonal odyssey already.
ReplyDeleteOoohhh no hibernation yet for the bears? It's about time you should think. Well yea it's still way to warm. Love the tracks though.
ReplyDeleteHappy walking days my friend. Hugs Dagmar
TL - always to go for a walk with you - lovely to see the colours of autumn through your lens. Go well. B
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely walk, your images are beautiful. Cool seeing the bear tracks. What kind of bears do you have there? Maybe you should be wearing bells on you to be safe. Gorgeous photos, happy Sunday!

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed wandering around with you, seeing and feeling the peace of your world. Until I came to the bear part! I've never seen bear prints ... maybe that's a good thing!
ReplyDeleteLove and Peace, dear friend.
Though I would love to go for a walk, I think hibernating could be just what I need at the moment! :-)
ReplyDeleteA wonderful set of photos, Tammie. The colors are brilliant in every one.
ReplyDeleteAre the bears grumpy in the fall?
What glorious colors! that yellow rock - very unusual, at least here in New England (usa) and bear tracks, so exciting.
ReplyDeleteYour photography captures the moment so well.
Hugs Lorraine xx
so many wonderful messages from you all, thank you!
ReplyDeleteas for the bears, we have black bears and grizzly bears. some people where bells to scare them off, most people do not. making noise is wise so that one does not startle a bear.
somehow life feels 'right'when i see their tracks, knowing they are around.
i think bears are grumpy like humans, when they are hungry, when they are startled, when sleepy. So in the fall, well yes if they can not find food.
thank you all for your visits!
Tammie
I just love those bear tracks!xxx
ReplyDeleteLovely, Tammie. The bear tracks are cool and the stone in the third pic reminds me of a bit domed building.
ReplyDeleteLovely shots ... fantastic landscape with dancing clouds :)
ReplyDeleteIrene
Those tracks are just perfect, Tammie! I've seen some in the mud, but they don't hold their form. I think our bears are still roaming -not enough snow and consistent cold. These photos make me want to walk in your land, so I imagine the bears still want to roam through the fields and forests, too. Those mushrooms are so delicate - I've loved your
