An incredible sight- so many fish! I love their shadows... And oh, those colourful rocks - they look unreal! I wish you wonderful autumn adventures with your camera, Tammie!:)
I love their shadows too! I saw lots of surface movement along the shore and was so delighted when i saw what was making it! lovely autumn to you too Rossichka!
Beautiful coloured stones, they look as if each oe has been placed with such care. I am always collecting wee coloured stones that catch my eye whenever we go walking.
Beautiful landscape. The colorful rocks in the fresh water and school fish are lovely! Also enjoyed seeing many shadows of the fish-so pretty and good to see. Hope you are having a lovely week.
I'm always amazed at the gorgeous colours of the rocks under the water! I love those baby fish darting around. Such beautiful reflections in the lake too, but the cutest for me is that cheeky chipmunk in the last photo!
Love the tiny shadows of the fish upon the blue and pink stones. It looks very cold! There is something fascinating about tree roots,Marvelous photography, Tammy.
Hi Tammy, These are gorgeous pictures mixing a mineral world and fish. I always admire the different colors of rocks your show us they are so pretty! Keep well, hugs from France :)
I am drawn to these beautiful rocks - and how clear your water is. So beautiful. I feel the urge to dip my toe into the water, but it might be very cold...
Beautiful pictures Tammie. Like everyone else I find the chipmunk enchanting. Your fish could be young bull trout, dace or even redside shiner minnows. Montana is certainly a great fishing state.
....that chippy is so cute...and so are the tiny fish. Maybe it's because I'm a Pisces, but I love seeing schools of those tiny fish! :-) Happy Autumn!
I love the tiny fish against the colorful rocks. This summer, I saw some tadpoles that were in midst of metamorphosis in the shallow part of a lake. I tried to photograph them but it's not easy focusing through the water. I had no idea what an art/skill that process is!
I have a much greater appreciation for these photos based on my experience.
