Vast Mystery

opening to the vast mystery
an endless creative force
a universe of possibilities
thrives within my core
images of a night sky
filled with twinkling stars
forever one can wander to the edges oh so far
to see oneself in all of life
opens a magic door
we are artists of the infinite
this I am thankful for
~

Wishing you a lovely Thanksgiving.
May the vast mystery touch your heart,
in a way that brings you peace and joy.

  3. Oh, Tammie--how lovely! Starspangled ice over rainbow pie!

In Washington state there is a beach where there are stones as blue as the skies.

    It has this magic...

  7. The colors of the pebbles are so amazing. Have you ever see Kaffe Fassett's Mosaics book? There is a beautiful project in it using pebbles of many different colors around the frame of a mirror. I'm going to go make a warm drink. That icy water gave me a chill! Beth

  9. More beautiful ice art. I hear from Ecorover that winter has already come to your state. We are still fairly warm here, may even get through November with no snow down here in the southern part of the state.

Love the idea of a universe of possibilites.

  51. A universe of possibilites lives snug within my mailbox. But I never realised it - until today. Now even! At 10.30pm an envelope flew out of the mail box and into my atelier somewhat like a dove heralding good news. I opened a little yellow envelope encompassing a real live rainbow of beauty. For this I am deeply touched and truly Thankful. How fitting it should choose today to arrive... Much love.
And thanks to you for your touching poetry and such your talent at capturing a rainbow every time you look through your lens.
