A Welcoming Embrace ~ Grace

a welcoming embrace

there is a grace within the spirit
of your wild and rugged beauty
a grandeur
in the immensity of your mountains deep and high
you inspire stepping out of time
a spaciousness settles in
expands
an embrace so complete
that the wild
becomes
who
I am

  4. 'Stepping out of time . . . the wild becomes who I am' Your grace expands to faraway lands and I feel your embrace of spirit. The moon . . . is that the moon? Just rising near one of the peaks? Your imagination has grandeur as well. Beautiful Beautiful words and nature framed so exquisitely. Utterly takes my breath away. Thank you Tammie Lee!

  45. Mr McIver said it was a "terrible accident" which tarnished the reputation of all hunters.

Rosemary Ives was killed while brushing her teeth at a campsite near Kaimanawa Rd, about 20km south of Turangi, around midnight on Friday.

Mr De Waal was told a hunter had mistaken her for a deer.
