grasses appear to be rising through

i can almost smell the salty air

You wouldn't think that dead weeds poking up through snow would be that interesting, but I have always enjoyed seeing and taking photos of it. Nice job.

The grasses look to be Blue-stem...
ReplyDeleteTall- grass Prairie grasses, my favorite grasses. They say, "Home" to me. Yours are gorgeous with their snowy skirts.
I am looking forward to our first snow. My gardens are mulched and the suet cakes are out for the birds. It is the time of year I rest. It is the time of year I join the birds in their migration. I look up and see them flying south, down the flyway.
It is the time of year for Swans.
May the magic of the first snow fill your life with joy.

You must see a lot of odd climate changes where you are. The weather is all weird at the moment.
We have birds nesting in the garden and I have a small tree that still has flowers!
