Beautiful! Amazing to see these crystals so illuminated! (Also, these remind me of a 5th grade science experiment, where we dangled a string in a solution of sugar and water and watched the crystals form on the string. Tasty and educational!)
What incredible beauty in these delicate ice-crystals! I can't heven have a favourite because they are all so lovely without exception! I hope your new year has started off well. We are getting it really cold now (below zero Celsius), but it's much better for nature to have a real winter!
Hello and happy new year to you too. Yes, a real winter seems to refresh the world. The crystals are so beautiful when they cloak the world. It is a different sort of winter here. Yes, we have snow, but not as much as we often do. Nights are often below freezing but most days are above freezing, so I will call it warm, though it is not warm ;-) Maybe a big snowfall and deep cold temps are yet to happen.
