Wonderful, wonderful macros of the snowflakes. Each and every snowflake makes my heart sing and my spirits soar. I raven designed and knitted the family ski sweaters from a single snowflake. In those days they could only be photographed through a microscope.

Fabulous Tammie, the U.S.A has been having some really rough looking weather recently. Icicles hanging from every leaf on a bush was a new one to me. I'll publish some when I get round to Memphis.
ReplyDeleteHave a great evening.
So magical! Hope your Yule is wonderful. X
ReplyDeleteWe no longer take our next step with caution which may destroy our surroundings, but in certainty, we merge and combine with that which has always held the essence of beauty. What we intimately touch, we become one with, and draw in those qualities that inherently speak to us in our own unique language.
ReplyDeletethere is something so magical about the wonders of snowflakes. loved seeing these and thinking about that magic, right now.

ReplyDeleteHappiest of Christmases to you dear Tammie! I am so behind and missing your stepping through your wilderness of utter beauty. Your snowflake captures are remarkable. Thank you for enriching my life with your frames . . . your landscapes of wonder, both minute and vast. Many, many blessings for the new year. Hugs from the east . . . Carol
ReplyDeleteAre those snowflakes REAL? Wow. That is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSuch gorgeous photos. And what strikes me, and holds me to this post, is something about the cold little works of transient art sitting against those luscious warm backgrounds/surfaces.
ReplyDeleteI fee such a sense of harmony in that.
Wonderful pictures in the last couple of posts! Even those people who don't love winter, can't deny its beauty! I'm sure that you make it warmer and closer to our hearts and souls with your gift to see things. Happy New Year, Tammie! New adventures, love and health!;)
