The combination of Fairy slippers and Morels is enchanting. I had the great fortune of having a friend alert me to a small patch of pine mushrooms recently . . . what a feast!
ReplyDeleteIt will be a while yet before we have milk and creme and sour cream and butter and cottage cheese and other cheese. The orphaned calf still needs special milk with additives that bring it up to the quality of milk it would get from it's mother.
Your spring is just too lovely in the high country.
