journeyed to the NW corner of
Glacier National Park
for Solstice
took to heart wildflowers as they opened to the longest day of the year
walked in a forest where flowers mingled with sun
and shade
the tiny creatures busy as can be
vistas
that inspire pause and we have water!
large swallowtails dinning on nectar
greens and blues
summer hues
are abundant
wild strawberries bring us to our knees
to dine
Summer has arrived
and
I wish you a lovely summer!

J'aime ce beau patchwork de photos estivales.
♡ Gros bisous ♡
Beautiful photos, I enjoyed them all, but most I loved the lilac, I miss its beauty and its sweet scent, remember it from childhood. We do not have it here in Israel, except some in the northern villages, near the border to Lebanon, where the climate is a bit cooler.
ReplyDelete:-)
..........and a happy summer to you too Tammie.
ReplyDeleteI love that first landscape picture. It shows the true magnificence of the Rocky Mountain range.
