thank you for enjoying that line Arija. when the stars are out it is gorgeous, there are so many of them to view. Plus it is much colder when the stars are out and the crystals grow on cold cold nights, thought not every cold night.
There are gorgeous shapes and textures to be had in the frosty stillness of winter. Ice and snow is just fascinating magnified. Theses are such beautiful, delicate shots, Tammie!
Incredible, beautiful, and spectacular photos. I can tell how much you love those ice crystals from the care that you must have taken to get such wonderful photos of them. I am awed.
Nothing we can do will ever match what mother Nature can accomplish! Who ever is behind the big secret of Life is unfathomably brilliant!! And thanks to your talent, we can admire this creation! I am in awe!! Keep well Tammie :)
today I saw snowflakes on my coat sleeve but sadly, I took some shots but they turned out badly, it's probably not a good idea to take photo of your coat sleeve while walking in the snow and carrying an umbrella.
these shots are beautiful! they don't look fragile at all.
photographing tiny things like snowflakes is not easy, they often come out blurry. no movement is very helpful ;-) i hope you are safe and warm if the storm is hitting you! we on the other hand have a sunny day at 46F, our snow is melting.
Wings of the Faerie, indeed. So, so beautiful and magical. It never ceases to amaze me what a glorious shapeshifter Water is. And how beautiful your photographs are.
And whenever your birthday is (in February), I'm already wishing you well and sending the Best verve I can conjure!
