recently i left Montana for 9 days
it was summer
upon return
i found our world cloaked in autumn

just like that
a new season
welcome
autumn colors
a new season
to take to heart
roads beckoning
as they don new colors

It's as if autumn colors are a spring sensation to the soul allowing us to grow up in our own version of a summer season.

Nice to know the influence of the wildfire of summer has faded to change into clear air. Autumn happened just as quickly here in the Northwest. There was no grand show to harbor in the new season, just a subtle almost overnight shift in the energy that was being held by nature.
