early in the season
east of the Rockies
horses lounged amongst flowers
summer has shared a multitude of flowers
most of which have turned to fruit or seeds
summer has been filled with hot blue skied days

Looks like you live in paradise, everything around you is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteTomás.
I connect your photos with water and pebbles, snow and ice structures, mountain peaks... That's why it's new to me to see wild flowers everywhere in the green. I would love to see more...:) And that brown horse is just lovely!
ReplyDeleteCongratuations to the winner!
I just found wild ponies here in the mountains of the east side of US!! Smaller than your horses, but everything is bigger out west!
ReplyDeletehello Tomas,
ReplyDeleteyes it is wonderful around here, lots of bugs though ;-(, actually not too bad.
Rossichka,
Montana is a HUGE state, we have the Rocky mountains which are large as well as other mountain ranges. The east side of the Rocky mountains flattens out into a flatter landscape with rolling hills, smaller mountains and vast flat lands. Very diverse! The east side can have the most amazing flower shows!
Karen, hello,
so wonderful that you have found wild ponies, that must have been such a joy to see!
thank you all for your visits ~
Oh yay.. I love Sandy.. she's a most deserving winner.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous pics, TL. How beautiful to see the horses among the blooms.
Such lovely horses and one sweet foal with a white splash on his forelock and muzzle!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful water and mountain shot too. So refreshing in this hot weather we are having over here!
Such majestic creatures horses are...and the gorgeous wildflowers they are grazing in. Great photos Tammie!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the winner...I loved perusing the Novica site...saw a few things that drew my eye in for sure...
Many Blessings on this Sacred Sunday Tammie,

Hi Tammie, beautiful pictures.
ReplyDeleteI think I once mentioned that Scotland and America were joined together a few years ago (well ok, a few million years).
Our meadows are similar to some of yours however our mountains aren't quite as majestic as yours.
Love the horses.
The pictures of the horses are wonderful. I love the serenity they convey!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos, beautiful wild horses, that beautiful view! Greetings.
ReplyDeleteWow, these scenes are gorgeous!
